Worked on the mondaycom/mcp repository to enhance CI/CD workflows and deployment security over a two-month period. Delivered a secure npm publishing workflow by integrating token-based authentication and explicit production environment gating, ensuring only authorized releases reach production. Improved deployment reliability and traceability by introducing a dedicated release token and production environment context within GitHub Actions. Focused on YAML-based workflow configuration to reinforce security and clarity throughout the release process. The work addressed the need for safer, auditable releases and reduced deployment risk, leveraging skills in CI/CD, DevOps, and GitHub Actions without introducing new bug fixes during this timeframe.
