During September 2025, Danixeee developed and released the official Plainly Videos MCP Server within the modelcontextprotocol/servers repository. This server established a standardized, scalable architecture for end-to-end video rendering workflows, enabling users to browse designs and projects and render videos through multiple LLM clients. Danixeee focused on robust API integration and comprehensive documentation, using Markdown to ensure clarity and maintainability. The MCP-backed approach supports multi-LLM experimentation and lays the groundwork for future extensibility in the Plainly Videos domain. While the work was limited to a single feature, it provided a solid technical foundation for faster iteration and cross-team collaboration.
