Leveraged JavaScript and Node.js to manage package dependencies and version control, ensuring changelog consistency and clear upgrade notes. The approach optimized continuous integration usage by batching release commits, streamlining the release cycle. This effort provided a foundation for more efficient multi-package releases and supported smoother customer adoption of new Payload CMS versions.
