Worked on the blakeblackshear/frigate repository to enhance camera GenAI configuration by centralizing camera-specific GenAI options within the main configuration file. Refactored the previous approach, which relied on custom prompts, to introduce new parameters that enable GenAI, utilize snapshots, and specify objects and required zones for guiding description generation. This update improved the maintainability and flexibility of GenAI settings, making deployment and ongoing configuration more straightforward. The work focused on configuration management and documentation, leveraging YAML to structure the new options and ensure clarity. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature development and refactoring.
