Developed and delivered Esperanto language support for the Thrive game in the Revolutionary-Games/Thrive repository, focusing on expanding accessibility for non-English-speaking players. Integrated Weblate to establish a collaborative translation workflow, enabling scalable localization efforts and ongoing language additions. Utilized PO files to translate 391 out of 2,695 strings, covering core game content and laying the groundwork for future internationalization. The work emphasized game development, localization, and translation skills, with a technical approach centered on translation pipelines and workflow automation. This feature enhanced the player experience for Esperanto speakers and improved Thrive’s readiness for broader multilingual support without introducing major bugs.
