Worked on the sapcc/go-makefile-maker repository to deliver Dockerfile build cache optimization for Go modules and artifacts. Focused on enhancing Dockerfile templating by introducing build cache mounts, the work enabled faster and more reproducible Docker image builds while reducing overall build times. Leveraging skills in Docker, CI/CD, and Go, the developer improved the caching of dependencies and compiled artifacts, which streamlined the CI/CD pipeline and established a foundation for future caching enhancements. Collaboration was managed through a pull request workflow, ensuring traceability and effective code review. No major bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focused and stable delivery.
