Worked on the kinde-oss/documentation repository to enhance the LastPass SSO integration experience by updating and clarifying user-facing documentation. Focused on simplifying the process for obtaining and hosting the IdP metadata URL, the work aimed to reduce onboarding friction and minimize user errors during setup. Leveraged Markdown to deliver clear, step-by-step guidance, ensuring that technical instructions were accessible and easy to follow. The documentation improvements streamlined the integration workflow, resulting in fewer support inquiries and a smoother user journey.
