Worked on governance improvements for the kinde-auth-nextjs repository by realigning code ownership and review processes. Updated the CODEOWNERS file to assign ownership to the @kinde-oss/giants-kinde team and implemented a wildcard pattern to ensure all code changes are routed to the appropriate reviewers. This approach established consistent code review coverage and clarified team responsibilities across the codebase. The work involved Git version control and configuration management, with changes delivered through two targeted commits. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, and the focus remained on enhancing repository maintainability and collaboration using JavaScript and Next.js within the project.
