Worked on the frankbria/ralph-claude-code repository to enhance project bootstrap and tooling robustness by improving setup and installation scripts. Focused on streamlining onboarding and ensuring consistent installation behavior across local and global environments, the work involved hardening CLI detection in the Ralph Import script and introducing a dedicated variable for command invocation. Shell and Bash scripting were used to automate dependency management, including enforcing the presence of jq for reliable JSON parsing and providing installation guidance. These changes reduced setup friction, improved maintainability, and ensured cross-environment consistency, reflecting a methodical approach to devops automation and scripting within the project.
