Worked on enhancing the beads task import process in the frankbria/ralph-claude-code repository, focusing on improving reliability, data integrity, and maintainability. Developed a feature that applies precise status filtering and robust data validation, ensuring only valid tasks are processed during imports. Refactored the import logic to handle fallback paths correctly and standardized variable naming to camelCase for improved code readability. Integrated review feedback by adding guards for missing fields and strengthening error handling. Utilized bash for shell scripting, emphasizing data processing and error handling skills. These changes reduced manual cleanup and enabled smoother downstream reporting by improving data quality.
