
Worked on the pik-piam/mrremind repository to deliver enhanced energy finance modeling features, focusing on accurate cost assessments for energy technologies. Developed and integrated new R functions for processing PHI, WACC, and cost of capital data, including macroeconomic WACC calculations, to support improved financial modeling within the REMIND framework. Emphasized robust data preprocessing and package development practices, updating versioning and citations while performing codebase maintenance for stability and release readiness. Rebuilt the library to ensure compatibility with new features and improved documentation for future maintenance. This work leveraged R programming and statistical modeling to support better financial planning and analysis.
