Worked on the spinnaker/spinnaker repository to enhance CI/CD reliability and test coverage using GitHub Actions and YAML. Addressed a critical release workflow issue by adjusting the release branch creation to occur after tagging, which reduced build failures and improved the stability of downstream deployments. Later, delivered a feature that expanded Clouddriver integration test triggers, enabling tests to run automatically when changes occurred in the workflow file or key directories such as fiat and kork. This approach accelerated feedback cycles and reduced regression risk, demonstrating a focus on robust automation and maintainable CI pipelines through targeted workflow improvements.
