He built a new Applicant Tracking System interface with React and TypeScript, integrating data visualization using Chart.js to provide historical insights and application statistics. Declan also implemented a Team Management page featuring drag-and-drop member assignment and UI refinements for improved usability. On the backend, he created Applicant Records API endpoints with robust validation and data integrity checks, leveraging his skills in API and database development. His work addressed data visibility and operational efficiency, delivering well-structured solutions within a focused one-month development period.
