Mithun Titus developed and integrated a UI-driven Form Settings feature within the hack4impact-utk/internal-applications repository, focusing on enhancing in-app form configuration management for the Form Builder. Over two months, Mithun designed and implemented the FormSettings React component using TypeScript and JavaScript, ensuring seamless integration with existing state management for persistent configuration across sessions. He also improved maintainability by removing unused props, simplifying the data flow and reducing future refactor risk. Mithun’s work addressed configuration friction, enabling faster form deployment and more robust governance. The engineering depth centered on frontend component design, UI integration, and thoughtful data model refinement.
