During May 2025, Delasthanosdev developed a comprehensive end-to-end testing suite for the archivesspace/archivesspace repository, focusing on core entities such as Accessions, Agents, Digital Objects, Locations, and Resources. Leveraging Ruby, Cucumber, and Selenium WebDriver, they implemented automated tests that validate the creation, editing, deletion, and management of these entities. Their approach included setting up a dedicated testing environment and integrating linting to enforce code quality. This work enhanced the reliability of feature validation and reduced regression risk, providing a robust foundation for future releases. The depth of coverage reflects a strong understanding of both BDD and application workflows.
