Worked on the NVIDIA/linux-firmware repository to deliver a firmware update for MT7925 WiFi devices, focusing on enhancing device stability and functionality. The update involved replacing binary firmware files and incrementing both the MCU header and RAM code version numbers to ensure accurate device recognition and compatibility with supported hardware. Using skills in firmware update processes and binary file management, the work improved the reliability and deployment readiness of the MT7925 firmware package. All changes were tracked through a clear, traceable patch, supporting maintainability and reducing support risk for future releases. No bug fixes were recorded during this period.
