During March 2025, Dev Datapros focused on enhancing the google/osv.dev repository by implementing cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) support for the OSV API. Using Terraform and leveraging expertise in API development and cloud infrastructure, Dev configured ESPv2 proxy environment variables to specify allowed HTTP methods and presets, enabling secure access for web applications. This technical approach improved frontend integration while maintaining strict security controls. The work addressed a targeted API CORS improvement, reducing integration friction for frontend teams and accelerating partner onboarding. Although the contribution was limited to a single feature, it demonstrated depth in DevOps and cloud configuration practices.
