During December 2024, Lxy contributed to the linagora/tmail-flutter repository by delivering comprehensive Chinese (Simplified) localization for the TeamMail UI. Focusing on internationalization and localization, Lxy translated core interface elements such as folder management, email actions, login, and general UI components, using arb language files and Weblate for workflow integration. This work improved accessibility for Chinese-speaking users and supported the product’s market expansion goals. Lxy maintained consistency across the UI and established a replicable localization process, enabling efficient future updates. The depth of the contribution lay in covering all major user-facing areas and aligning with the project’s broader roadmap.
