Worked on upgrading the ROCm/rocm-jax repository’s llama performance workflow by implementing ROCm 7.2.0 support and updating related Docker images. Focused on enhancing compatibility and performance, the developer synchronized continuous integration and workflow configurations using Shell and YAML, ensuring that both llama-perf.yml and rocm-perf.yml aligned with the new ROCm release. This update improved the stability and reproducibility of performance testing for machine learning workflows, reducing runtime variability and enabling more scalable testing. The work demonstrated a methodical approach to DevOps and CI, emphasizing maintainability and reliability in the deployment pipeline for advanced machine learning infrastructure.
