Developed and delivered the Cleanmate feature within the vechain/app-hub repository, focusing on sustainability by enabling users to participate in cleanup events and workshops. The work involved full stack web development, utilizing JSON for data handling and integration. Cleanmate tracks user contributions to environmental activities and issues rewards based on participation, establishing a foundation for engagement and incentivized action. The project included a category refactor from defi to utilities to better reflect the application’s scope. No major bugs were reported during the development period, indicating a stable release and careful attention to quality throughout the month-long implementation process.
