Upgraded the C++ library version in cpp/CMakeLists.txt from 8.13.0 to 9.0.0 using CMake, ensuring the codebase aligns with current versioning practices without introducing functional changes. This version bump, while non-functional, strategically positions downstream dependencies and tooling for future updates and feature enablement. The work demonstrated attention to stability and compatibility, maintaining consistent build behavior while preparing the project for the next development cycle.
