In google/libphonenumber, delivered deterministic build environments for code quality analysis by pinning the arduino/setup-protoc action to a specific commit within the CodeQL workflow, enhancing traceability and auditability. Leveraged skills in CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Shell scripting, with changes implemented in Shell and YAML, focusing on process stabilization, dependency management, and robust automation for continuous integration.
