During July 2025, Diana Garcia Cortes developed a bilingual author profile feature for the ropensci/roweb3 repository, enabling the onboarding of new contributors with English and Spanish profile pages. She structured biographical data, social links, and professional identifiers using Markdown and content management techniques, establishing a metadata scaffolding and reusable profile templates. Her work focused on localization readiness, preparing the content structure to support multilingual display for future contributors. While the scope was limited to a single feature and did not involve bug fixes, Diana’s contribution laid a foundation for streamlined onboarding and improved multilingual support within the project’s author management system.
