Worked on enhancing the test infrastructure for the AI Service FieldExtractor component within the ibm-mas/cli repository. Focused on expanding functional verification testing, this effort introduced a dedicated FieldExtractor FVT test suite, integrated seamlessly into the existing CI/CD pipeline using YAML. The new suite was positioned to execute after PCC and similarity tests, maintaining the intended test order and improving overall coverage. By developing a reusable testcase template and strengthening automated testing practices, the work reduced release risk and enabled faster feedback cycles. Emphasis on DevOps and testing ensured higher quality releases for AI Service features without addressing major bug fixes.
