Worked on the razorpay/blade repository to deliver a UI enhancement focused on the TopNavBrand component. Introduced a new paddingY prop, enabling customizable vertical padding within the TopNav layout to improve styling flexibility and brand alignment across applications. The implementation involved updating both the React component and its associated TypeScript definitions, ensuring seamless integration and type safety. Comprehensive tests were added and updated to verify the new prop’s behavior, increasing reliability and guarding against regressions. This work demonstrated attention to design-system consistency and code quality, leveraging front end development skills in JavaScript and TypeScript to address specific layout requirements.
