September 2025: Implemented ARM64-ready Kubernetes deployment architecture for snutt-ev-web and snutt-theme-market, aligning deployments with ARM-based infrastructure. This work enhances scalability, maintainability, and future hardware compatibility across development and production environments. Delivered with a focused change set and validated through CI/CD pipelines, laying groundwork for broader ARM adoption.

Month: 2025-08. Focused on delivering a targeted performance/stability improvement for snutt-ev-web by tuning memory resources in dev and prod. Implemented increase of memory requests/limits to reduce stability issues and improve handling of peak load. All changes tracked in commit 430765cc8dd119fbfef1562d8efac45a643660e2 (snutt_ev_web 메모리 증설 (#269)). No major bugs fixed this month. Overall impact: more stable deployments, smoother runtime behavior, and improved user experience during high-traffic periods. Technologies/skills demonstrated: Kubernetes resource management (memory requests/limits), deployment tuning, change hygiene and traceability via commit history.

March 2025: Delivered production deployment infrastructure for snutt-theme-market in wafflestudio/waffle-world. Implemented Kubernetes deployment, Horizontal Pod Autoscaler, and Service configurations; defined an Argo CD Application; and updated access control to empower the snutt-frontend role to manage the snutt-theme-market application. This work establishes a scalable, observable, and governance-driven path to production, enabling faster and safer deployments.
