During November 2024, Duzun focused on improving documentation and naming consistency for the OpenLineage/OpenLineage repository, specifically targeting Databricks File System (DBFS) path representation. Duzun updated the Naming.md documentation using Markdown to align DBFS schema and namespace references with the OpenLineage dataset naming specification. This work clarified naming conventions and ensured accurate, consistent DBFS path representation across lineage graphs, which supports downstream compatibility with data catalogs and related tooling. By enhancing documentation quality and maintainability, Duzun reduced onboarding time for contributors and improved the accuracy of data lineage, demonstrating depth in documentation and schema standardization skills.
