Worked on the OpenHands-Cloud and OpenHands repositories, delivering targeted improvements to CI/CD workflows and database reliability. Enhanced the release process by integrating direct vendor portal links and dynamically generating release overview URLs within GitHub Actions, streamlining release tracking for the team. Addressed database connection management by introducing environment variable-driven configuration for SQLAlchemy pool sizes, allowing runtime tuning and aligning with best practices. All updates were validated with comprehensive unit testing to ensure stability and traceability. The work demonstrated proficiency in backend development, Python, and DevOps, with a focus on maintainable, testable solutions that improved operational visibility and system robustness.
