Worked on improving the onboarding experience for the alicevision/Meshroom project by updating the repository’s README documentation. The main contribution involved changing the clone URL from the less secure git:// protocol to the more widely supported and secure https:// format. This adjustment, implemented using Markdown, streamlines the setup process for new contributors and aligns the project with current Git best practices. By focusing on documentation, the work reduced friction during initial setup and improved accessibility for both local development and continuous integration environments. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on enhancing contributor experience through clear, secure documentation updates.
