During a two-month period, Daniel Zriekse developed and enhanced structured hardware documentation for the UChicago-PULSE/mission-documentation repository, focusing on satellite subsystems such as On-Board Computer, Command and Data Handling, and Power Management. He applied adoc and documentation best practices to reorganize and template the sat-hardware directory, improving maintainability and onboarding for hardware teams. Daniel also updated quadcell amplifier documentation with new images, expanded circuit design details, and clarified performance expectations, while refining navigation to connect systems engineering and testing topics. His work emphasized reusable scaffolding and accuracy, resulting in deeper, more accessible documentation for future hardware and software integrations.
