Leah Vashevko developed and automated documentation frameworks for the UChicago-PULSE/mission-documentation repository, focusing on Optical Ground Station components and ground software integration. She established reusable AsciiDoc templates and simulation documents to clarify system interfaces and accelerate onboarding. In August, Leah enhanced the documentation site with automated rebuilds using GitHub Actions and improved navigation, tracking, and link budget features. She strengthened authentication by updating JWT generation and signature handling, and stabilized CI/CD workflows to reduce manual maintenance. Her work, using Bash, YAML, and Verilog, addressed both feature development and bug fixes, demonstrating depth in API integration, technical writing, and FPGA development.
