Enhanced the readability and consistency of project documentation by refining Markdown files, correcting typographical errors, and improving code-style formatting to streamline contributor onboarding and PR review. In the GEM5 repository, refactored the RISC-V architecture decoder using low-level programming and ISA knowledge, removing redundant rv32-specific code and unnecessary zero or sign extension logic. These changes simplified memory address handling and arithmetic, improving code clarity and maintainability while laying groundwork for future RISC-V extensions. Emphasized disciplined version control and clear, traceable commits throughout.
