Worked on the netboxlabs/diode repository to deliver external PostgreSQL configuration and secret handling for the Diode Helm chart. Developed new configuration options that allow users to specify database credentials either through existing Kubernetes secrets or direct input, streamlining integration with external databases. Updated the Helm chart version and refreshed the README to document these enhancements, improving deployment flexibility and onboarding for users with external PostgreSQL requirements. Focused on secure database configuration and secrets management using Go and YAML, with careful attention to documentation and version control. No bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary focus was on feature delivery.
