Worked on the FormulaRacingatUCDavis/FE12_CAD repository to deliver three CAD features supporting suspension design and manufacturing workflows. Focused on integrating the A-Arm Tab Box FE11 component into the FE12_CAD codebase, duplicating and configuring parts to enable cross-repository access and interoperability. Developed SolidWorks part and drawing files for A-Arm Tab Box components and a threaded insert, establishing standardized naming and configuration patterns to support multiple suspension configurations. Emphasized configuration flexibility and production readiness using CAD, SLDPRT, and mechanical engineering principles. The work strengthened the design-to-manufacture pipeline and improved asset reuse for future suspension assembly iterations.
