Worked on expanding the CAD asset library for the FormulaRacingatUCDavis/FE12_CAD repository, focusing on supporting rapid prototyping and streamlined maintenance workflows. Developed and added a new SolidWorks part file for the maintenance receptacle, specifically the AC-00096-BA-Maintenance Receptacle (3.6mm SurLok Plus), to enhance the team’s design resources. The approach centered on leveraging CAD skills and SolidWorks to create reusable, standardized assets that improve design consistency and speed up prototyping cycles. No code changes or bug fixes were required during this period, reflecting a targeted effort on asset creation rather than software development or debugging activities.
