Worked on the dev-sec/ansible-collection-hardening repository to optimize the deployment process for libpam-passwdqc using Ansible and YAML. Focused on streamlining the installation workflow by removing unnecessary apt cache updates, which reduced provisioning overhead and improved deployment speed without compromising security or idempotence. Applied DevOps and system administration principles to ensure that the installation remained efficient and reliable, targeting resource usage and operational consistency. The work addressed a specific bottleneck in the install flow, resulting in a more maintainable and performant deployment process. No bugs were fixed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature enhancement and process optimization.
