Worked on the iggy-rs/iggy repository to deliver a comprehensive migration of the Iggy Go SDK, focusing on modernizing its data handling and improving reliability. The project involved implementing binary serialization and deserialization for core messaging operations, including streams, topics, consumers, users, and messages, using Go. To ensure robustness, end-to-end tests were developed for the TCP client, validating functionality across network boundaries. This migration enhanced the SDK’s production readiness and performance, aligning with the repository’s broader migration efforts. The work demonstrated depth in API integration, binary serialization, and end-to-end testing, resulting in a more efficient and developer-friendly SDK.
