Addressed the issue by simplifying the PRECISION_LIMITS_FOR macro, which reduced problematic inferred conversions and stabilized the Windows build process. Collaborated closely with other contributors to co-author the fix, ensuring knowledge sharing and effective teamwork. Utilized C++ development skills, compiler optimization techniques, and advanced debugging to implement and validate the solution. The changes led to more reliable Windows CI runs for the openvino_transformations module, reducing build flakiness and enabling faster, more consistent developer iterations across the project.
