Worked on enhancing digital text representation in the UBS_M1_TEI repository by implementing improvements to LesCaractères.xml, focusing on support for multi-edition texts and richer bibliographical data. Used XML and TEI to consolidate metadata, differentiate editions, define glyphs, and add semantic references, thereby improving both display and search capabilities. The technical approach involved aligning and updating the XML structure through a series of targeted commits, ensuring consistency and preparing the data for downstream indexing and interoperability. Demonstrated a methodical, commit-driven workflow centered on data quality, leveraging expertise in XML modeling and TEI standards to deliver robust, interoperable enhancements.
