Worked on the global-121/121-platform repository to enhance release reliability and developer experience by improving the CI/CD pipeline and addressing documentation accuracy. Introduced pre-build validation steps using Bash and YAML, ensuring type checks and tests run before the build process, and expanded workflow triggers to include hotfix branches. Added build artifact verification to further reduce release risk and accelerate feedback cycles. Additionally, fixed a broken documentation link in Markdown, guiding users to accurate CPU usage metrics in the Azure portal. These updates streamlined production deployments, improved onboarding for new contributors, and strengthened the overall automation and testing framework within the project.
