Worked on enhancing the aws/rolesanywhere-credential-helper repository by implementing robust trailing slash handling for API endpoints using Go. Focused on backend and API development, the solution ensured that requests to the AWS signing helper service behaved consistently regardless of trailing slashes, addressing a common edge case in endpoint normalization. This approach reduced unnecessary redirects, improving both request latency and overall reliability for client integrations.
