Cecilio contributed to the Xed-Editor/Xed-Editor repository by delivering a Portuguese (Brazil) localization for the Xed Editor UI, focusing on enhancing accessibility for Portuguese-speaking users. He established a Weblate-based translation workflow, tracking progress as 44.1% of the 618 interface strings were translated. His work centered on internationalization and accessibility, ensuring that the application could better serve a broader audience. Utilizing XML for translation files and applying skills in localization and software development, Cecilio addressed the challenge of adapting the user interface for a new language. During this period, his efforts were concentrated on feature development rather than bug fixes.
