Worked on stabilizing the apache/ozone test suite by addressing test flakiness and aligning with updated dependencies. Focused on integration testing and test automation using Java, the work involved upgrading the Ratis library to version 3.1.1 and updating test expectations to ensure deterministic behavior. This included removing the @Flaky annotation from TestOzoneManagerHAWithStoppedNodes, reflecting improved reliability in the continuous integration pipeline. By enhancing the predictability of test outcomes, the changes enabled faster iteration cycles and more reliable validation of code changes. The efforts contributed to a more robust CI surface, supporting consistent release readiness for the apache/ozone repository.
