Working primarily in C and leveraging expertise in device drivers, kernel development, and networking, Emil corrected the management of MAC address types and the handling of primary and extra MAC addresses during filter add and remove operations. This fix prevented transaction failures and invalid payloads, improving driver reliability during interface MAC address changes and driver loading. The work demonstrated a deep understanding of low-level NIC interactions and contributed measurable stability improvements.
