Evgeny completed a comprehensive Russian localization of the WeblateOrg/website repository, translating 726 strings to provide full language coverage for Russian-speaking users. He managed the end-to-end process, updating translation strings and metadata to ensure the site was fully prepared for quality assurance and release. Working primarily with PO files, Evgeny applied his expertise in internationalization, localization, and translation to make the website accessible and user-friendly for a new audience. The project required careful attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintain consistency and accuracy across all content, resulting in a robust and maintainable localization resource for Weblate.
