Filip Krizek developed the FT0-ZDC correlation histograms feature for the AliceO2Group/O2Physics repository, focusing on enhanced data analysis in high energy physics. He implemented a suite of scaled and two-dimensional histograms correlating FT0 detector signals (FT0A, FT0C, FT0M) with ZDC components (ZNA, ZNC, ZNM), enabling more detailed particle production and cross-detector correlation studies within the ALICE experiment. Using C++ and advanced histogramming techniques, Filip ensured the new analytics tools were well-integrated and documented, with changes merged collaboratively. This work deepened the repository’s analytical capabilities, supporting more comprehensive and traceable physics analyses without introducing new bugs.
