Worked on the aidenybai/react-scan repository to modernize and secure the project’s dependency stack. Focused on upgrading core libraries such as Babel, Vite, and React, with changes primarily managed through updates to the pnpm-lock.yaml file. This approach ensured that all transitive dependencies were current, reducing vulnerabilities and supporting stable, reproducible builds. Emphasized maintaining feature parity and performance while avoiding breaking changes, thereby preserving release predictability. Utilized skills in Node.js, PNPM, and package management, with YAML as the primary language for configuration. The work contributed to a more secure, maintainable codebase and improved the project’s technical foundation.
