Worked on stabilizing data ingestion for the infiniflow/ragflow repository, focusing on improving the reliability of multi-sheet Excel parsing. Addressed a critical bug by scoping pending_cell_images to individual sheets within the Excel parser, which prevented cross-sheet data leakage and enhanced data integrity for downstream analytics. The solution was implemented using Python and leveraged skills in Excel automation, bug fixing, and data parsing. Throughout the process, maintained clear commit messages and thorough pull request documentation, supporting code quality and maintainability. No new user-facing features were introduced during this period, with efforts concentrated on backend stability and robust data handling practices.
