Worked on the nodejs/node repository to deliver a targeted reliability improvement in the Network HTTP Inspection module, focusing on correct handling of absolute URLs to prevent duplication and maintain relative-path behavior. Addressed a critical bug by refining how absolute URLs are processed, which enhanced the accuracy of network event data and reduced edge-case failures for downstream analytics and debugging tools. Expanded the inspector’s test suite to cover both GET and POST requests using absolute URLs, ensuring payload integrity through comprehensive validation.
