Ayush contributed to the fossasia/eventyay-tickets repository by revamping the Ticket Settings navigation and enhancing the user interface. He refactored the navigation structure, renaming Customer data and Questions to Custom fields and introducing Order forms, which improved clarity and usability. Using Django, HTML, and CSS, Ayush addressed color display issues for navbar icons, implementing a consistent color override for better visual feedback. He also removed out-of-scope CRUD functionality and streamlined sidebar items, reducing technical debt and improving maintainability. The work focused on delivering a smoother user experience and enabling faster iteration cycles for future development within the project.
